SmokyHosts collects Personal Information about you for the performance of the Sales Contract, fraud-prevention agencies, referral partners, business directories and credit reference agencies.

- Your SmokyHosts account information - such as SmokyHosts services you ordered, domain name registration information, the IP addresses assigned to you, your customer ID, service charges owed and received, the use of SmokyHosts services or any other information related to your account.
- Your contact with SmokyHosts - such as a note or recording of a call you make to SmokyHosts, a chat record when you engage in a chat session with SmokyHosts, an email or letter you send to SmokyHosts or other records of any contact you have with SmokyHosts.
- Information provided by you to SmokyHosts when you notify SmokyHosts of a (suspected) breach of SmokyHosts’s acceptable use policies.
- Documents and information that certify your identity.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
SmokyHosts may share Data about you with:
- Domain name registries when SmokyHosts registers a domain name on your behalf.
- Law enforcement agencies, regulatory organisations, courts or other public authorities to the extent required by law.
ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ONWARD TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
SmokyHosts may transfer Personal Information for the specified purposes described above to a third party acting as a data controller. If we intend to disclose Personal Information to a third party acting as a data controller we will comply with, and protect, Personal Information as provided in the Accountability for Onward Transfer Principle. SmokyHosts maintains written contracts with these third parties and require that these third parties provide at least the same level of privacy protection and security.
