hi guys....

I seem not to be albe to install this on my site.... i keep on getting the same error.....

and these are the errors:

Errors during instalation:
Cannot create /home/guru/public_html/news
Cannot create /home/guru/public_html/templates
Cannot create /home/guru/public_html/templates/full_templates
Cannot create /home/guru/public_html/templates/short_templates
Cannot create /home/guru/public_html/templates/arch_templates
Cannot change chmod to 0777 on /home/guru/public_html/images
Cannot create /home/guru/public_html/smiles
Cannot create /home/guru/public_html/data

has anyone experienced these problems before? or any suggestions...

the password is correct but the rest aint working

maybe it could be usefull, if you, before installation, chmod your home dir "public_html" to 0777 and after installation, try chmod back (remmeber chmod setting before chmoding to 0777 and restore it after un/succesfull installation)
Its just my opinnion, maybe it could not work, post if your expereince a problem again

that certainly did help sorry i forgot to do that one

but there still is one problem this is

Cannot write data to /home/guru/public_html/scripts/js-news.php
Cannot write data to /home/guru/public_html/scripts/php-archive.php
Cannot write data to /home/guru/public_html/scripts/full-news.php
Cannot write data to /home/guru/public_html/scripts/js-archive.php

sorry, but now i realy dont know what to do. i want to help u, but i dont know how. there is a problem with chmod settings, try to play, maybe you will do smthg, i realy dont imagine how could u solve you problem
