have the fanitiso thing but there so many choices, whats the best php thing, like php nuke, phppost, phpsite, ect.

My opinion: I have tried not too many portals, but PHP-Nuke must be the best till this time...

But I have tried MANY (almost all) portals or portal CMS PHP engines and the answer is MAMBO CMS
....Simple instalation, power and easy administartion, lot of skins, lot of modules and components with auto installation zip packages, easy integration with power SMF forum scripts, ....and the most important thing ... Mambo is VERY VERY speed script and FREE !

I'd agree with these guys, Mambo is the best. php-nuke has security problems and there is more of a learning curve. Mambo is quick and easy. If you wanna see some stuff on cms's go to http://www.cmsmatrix.org/ You can compair almost any cms.
