I'm not sure if this is the right forum, if it isn't, then I'm really sorry!

My question is, if I get 300 points for a domain, would I be able to use the domain with another host?

NO, once you get the 300points, you must use the domain only on smokyhosts.com , you can change it to another host as soon as you pay for it in cash at the cost that is present during the payment. But untill that period, it must be used only with smokkyhosts.
