Your mobile operator don't give you speed.. Is it a new mobile company? Its not your mobile phone's problem i think.

It won't be a virus. :P
The cause can be either: quality of your GPRS signal or your operator simple not providing you with much bandwidth. Nag your operator for a better service, or switch.

why not a virus ?? doesn't virus cause some problems ??
