Same here.
I am currently using firefox v1.0.4 and i think this is the latest version released as i had downloaded it just a few days ago. I dont think v1.0.5 is still released.

I also use IE6.0 and Netscape 8.0.1 :)

Why do people still use IE! Yes some apps dont work on Firefox or many other browsers...But IE is full of backdoors and even with SP2 & Anti Spyware you're gonna have some kind've problems :(

100% agree with you.

But nowadays it has become like more than half the world uses IE, and so most of the webmasters first test their website script/looks for IE's compatibility than for any other browser. And due to this sometimes it happens that some sites or some applications can never be accessed using any other browser other than IE. So it is still a good deal to have IE for backup purpose and dont loose complete touch of it.

Though Microsoft has made an announcement that very soon it is getting out IE v7 with many more features than IE v6 (that is currently available) and many other browsers and also with much better security, but we'll have to wait and look out for it.

But till then anyhow Firefox and Netscape rock :!:
