So its 1 point per post, what if its a BIG post like VERY long still only 1 point or more?

Well big post or small doesnt matter, you still get only 1 point per post.

Afterall this is a community and what matters here is the importance of sharing a word or your opinion, then it depends on you how important you want to make yourself in the community. So big or small post depends on the topic chosen and your input's importance.
