problem in dating script

i install a dating script here http://www.emsplanet.tfbh.net/emsdating/ but when i **** on join form http://www.emsplanet.tfbh.net/emsdating/join_form.php i cant see any smilies on under description space i think smilies is missing on my account but i dont know where is right folder where i upload smilies can any one help
