Whats Smokyhost.com's upload?

Hi,
As far as i can understand what you want to say, you can upload data onto SmokyHosts server via cpanel file manager as well as ftp.

I mean whats the upload speed. like speedtest.net, tells you what speed people can download and upload things to the servers? Internet upload speed.

By extension, to upload is to send data to a remote system, FTP server or website. For instance: "Upload a video to YouTube".
