Simslice is a good one, but that comes up first on the list on google. :P

The sims resource is good too, but some of the objects and skins are pay, but the free objects rotate every so often.

The b list has a huge number of good links too. theblist.com It hasn't been updated in a while, but check the forums and they have a list of almost daily updates of sim sites.
