What's MAME?

Well, MAME is an emulator. It emulates the classic arcade games using files known as ROMs.

What it does really, is takes the program from inside Arcade Cabinets, and launches them on your PC.

The community for MAME is crazy, and a lot of fun. Check out more info here.
