Threads locked.

Why do so many posts get locked for some reason? Who decides whether they are useful?

There were some posts I would have liked to reply to, but I guess they were blocked by the admin.

They get locked b/c of pointsless, of no use posts. Either the Mods/Admins decide that. So bad luck if you can't reply to a specific thread that you wanted to.

They also become locked if it is very old.

ya when something turns into spam it gets closed and moderators, admins and in some cases junior admins close it.

Threads get locked for various reasons and we as the Mods, Admins, and Assistant Admins decide wether a post is useless or not.

Sorry for any locked threads you would like to post in, if there is no post by a Mod, Admin, or Assistant Admin to why a Post is closed then it was locked for Mere Spaminess. If you wish to post in a topic like this, make a new one all posts over a certain age are automatically considered Spam, once again this is to keep the Forums with fresh threads and less clutterness.
