Help, cant connect to any part of my site!

Well, today I was trying to access the forums and an error came up. I thought, OK, I can fix this when I get home. Well, now I'm home and I cannot connect to my FTP or DirectAdmin, it says that my password is incorrect. Is there anyway I can change my password without logging in?
