I was about to reply just saying I love Final Fantasies' OST but I have to agree with serates. .hack series OST is awesome.

If you like instrumental rock... i recommend you soundtracks from the Silent Hill game... I enjoy it...

I'd say the best game music to any game ever has to be the Sky Shark soundtrack for the NES.

I like the music from GTA: San Andreas and also the music form Gran Turismo. Although in future titles I would like to see a greater range of songs, it is quite repetitive if you play the game often enough, and I usually turn the radios off nowadays.
