I need something new for my site!!

I am Using PHP-Nuke Platnium and I am getting sick of the Bugs and crap when I install new themes and such. Here is a list of things I need for a new portal for my site!

News Section, MemberList, MemberGroups, Calendar, Events Section, ChatRoom or Forums, a fully-customizeable Registration Form, a Image Gallary, Shopping Cart, and so much more! for an example log onto http://thecrymsonlegends.smokyhosts.com with Temp and password Temp1 I need that but something I can make my own theme for... I still want a site in that manner but I need to make my own Theme and PHP Sucks because there is soooo much scripting and crap that I need to do.. which I hate to do.. I just want something simple and easy that I can work with, that won't require SQL or anything like that because as I am making a new site I can't take my site offline...

Please Help, I will even donated some of my SmokyBucks if possible!!
