My opinion VBulletin. It could handle massive site traffic and according to others it is more secure.

I like phpbb because the admin is good, and also being able to add on such as attachment with post, and a lof of themes.

I like IPB the best at the moment, but I am currently writing my own forum system, so I will be using that for all of my forums instead soon
