I'd add IntelliJ Idea to my tools of choice as it helps a lot for coding in Ruby, Javascript and CSS

I have started using edit pad pro. its nice editor , its very very fast. I have used zend eclipse also , all these editors are dam slow n i hate it if u r not doing oop based programmiing.
