Yeah its a quite useful program for using PHP but I would always use Dreamweaver myself.

Meh...I hate Dreamweaver. It makes people think that they can make layouts. :-/
Frontpage is VERY bad because people can get your username and password easily. :/ (I won't say how because well...when I did a Google search for the passwords there are SO many results. :/ )

PHP designer is one of the best tools available for PHP coding.
I use it along with Zend Studio and Eclipse IDE with PHP plugin

for me the best is editplus2 for windows and bluefish for linux
