omg... i completley forgot about smokyhosts untill about today... lol... is this still an active hosting communtiy? i hope it still is... but i dont like the template for the forums... its too confusing... anyways, i was here last time and decided to get hosting else where but now im back cuz the offer looks good for free hosting... im lookin to delete my active hosting account and make a new one (if i can) ill be postin to get points to upgrade and stuff like that... its been a while since i was here... hows everyone doin?

Yes, Smokyhosts is still an active hosting community. And aslong as you have your screen resolution set above 1024x768 (I use 1280x1024) The template looks just fine ^_^ And about your deleting and making a new account, just PM SHAdmin, you can ask him to re-make your account, it'll reset it to the time you first got it

Maybe SHAdmin needs to send an email out to all users that are inactive? Or better yet; make a script that sends out an email ever hour to whoever hasn't visited Smokyhosts in a week. Now that would be just pure evil. :P

Anyways, how long have you been gone for? What made you come back?

I think with the e-mails that are sent out each time an Announcement is made that should remind people that smokyhosts is still around. I suppose it would be such a bad idea but obviously anyone who didn't think this site was a hit wouldn't stay no matter what.

I dont think sending emails is enough actually. SH have been sending emails to me every month when I'm idle.. but it still took me more than a year to actually read one of the announcement email.

Wow, I haven't been here in ages either, well, really for a few months! I think that an attractive title for these email announcements will lure inactive members back here because most people do things only for a purpose! I completely forgot about SH because I thought that it was a dead community but clearly, I was wrong!

Very wrong! SH is always active, and always will be, and there are celebrations going on because it will soon be the 3rd anniversary of SmokyHosts' founding!
