What I mean about "the end of smokyhost" is on the side which smokyhosts has control over the servers, not the demise. If you make the wrong connection you are simply ... simple.

I don't know what is happening but I am sure SHAdmin is doing everything he can to handle this matter, and one thing I have always known is companies which he gets the servers from should and if they are wanting to remain in business will have back-ups. This situation, what ever it is, has to be contained before a rollback is done because if not then it's just going to keep happening.

Stop blaming smokyhosts, and give it some **** time.

I'm sorry to say this and if I get any disciplinary actions taken against me then so be it, but you all are a bunch of **** morons. SHAdmin isn't going to offer a wonderful service for nearly THREE, THATS 3, "3" **** years then go in and hack your website. It's simply ludicrous that you would even assume such a thing.

Now shut the hell up and give it some time, yes I understand we were all using our hosting for our websites and some of us idiots didn't back anything up but I bet one of the people on smokyhosts used an insecure script causing such a disaster. So before you go about blaming Smokyhosts why don't you shut the **** up and take a breather because your not the only person who is having this problem, so suck it up.

If you are having this issue your hack letter will be located under the subdomain given by smokyhosts. [url]Http://(*yourname*).thesmokylounge.com[/url] is where it's located. If you are not having this problem keep your damn mouth shut because you are just spamming, no offense but in order to isolate this issue we need to know exactly who is having this problem. IF YOU HAVE BEEN HACKED BY Wx5Z, PLEASE POST A SIMPLE POST SAYING YOU HAVE BEEN. If you continue to blame this on the Admin then even if this problem is resolved you may end up losing reputation or hosting either way, so stop being so **** selfish and just help the Admin figure this shit out.

I'm sorry if I have offended anyone but I simply said post only if you are having this issue, something simple and effective. Most of the people on this website get on my **** nerves because you can't pay attention to anything, stop being stupid because it's people who do not listen who caused me to resign my Moderation privileges.

Thank you for actually paying attention from now on, stop blaming the Admin and being predijust or whatever you want to call it against anyone and keep your damn mouth shut. To the remainder of you who have not been hit by this hacker I would strongly suggest backing up your directories and databases for precautionary measures. I've been here for nearly three years and I damn well guarantee the Admin will get this under control, so have some patience and stop being so damn self centered.

I bet he has, they should cut off his fingers.

Also, its ofc not SHAdmin who's hacking the sites. I mean, why should he? Mess up his own company, stupidity. But something i do agree too, is that he should get on here and post about the problem/issue faster than he is doing it right now. I think the community would appreciate to stay up-to-date always. Besides that i think this host and SHAdmin is offering a wonderful host and company.

We will be completing the backups restoring within the next 12 hours from now." this was 10 hours ago! altough i see no visible progress, i am confident!

why should SHAdmin hack the accounts on his server, he has the root access, there is no need for him to hack your site.

As far as I've seen this is a hacker group that has hacked a few other sites that were not hosted in SmokyHosts, just do a Google search on their name you can see those sites.

Me either it seems as this guy has the ability to hack VB Forums cause on many of the sites you can randomly search you see that he is the VB Hack King or whatever he is calling himself.

From what I can guess this guy is more French than Muslim although he seems to have the ability to hack any language website and change type the fact he's hacked that site in it's native language. I havn't' personally talked to this freak but he deffinately needs to be stopped.

Also why us? LoL

Ok we need to get more information on this, what kind of website program was you using Rocket? I was using Nuke Evolution which is php, with some random php scripts testing out some things. If he hacked into my http://thecrymsonlegends.thesmokylounge.com then there was nothing in there for him to get through. I can't believe he's managed to find our sites among the many out there. I'll do some research but I wish SHAdmin would get on and post anything to this.

I was using vBulletin 3.6.5, my account is still suspended. Has been for a couple of days now
