You could try looking on the game's homepage, wherever that is... or go to the companies page and select "Support"

The following is about as low as you should go.
700mhz Processor
128 mb of RAM
64 mb Video Card

minimum specs:
Processor: 1.2 GHz Processor
OS: Windows, 2000/XP/Me/98
Graphic card: DirectX 7 level graphics card
Hard Drive: 4.5 GB
Memory: 256 MB RAM
Other: Internet Connection, DVD-ROM Drive

You should have better than that, if you want the game to run smoothly.

Depending if you want to play Counter-Strike Source seriously or not, I think you'll get by with lower end specifications, standard 512mb Memory and lower end ATI/nVidia Graphics Cards, not going to be great performance but should run OK, though wouldn't be optimal.

nVidia 6600GT's are cheap and are a fairly good card but though has a fair share of problems so I guess 6800's are good and reasonable prices? Though don't be a fool and do your research and make sure things are compatible and what not, Graphics Cards aren't the end-be-all of performance, if you have a mediocre system.

Oh you wanted the minimum specs to run Counter-Strike Source?
