what do you guys think of the recent boom and bust with home prices? how bad has it affected your guy's area? Ive seen some crappy homes
in crappy neighborhoods spike up two times in value about a year or so ago...

lol its not a good thing, but prices have always been going up.. not only from the past year, but always. Builders want more money, you make the demand for a home, the price goes up. This isnt always a bad thing if you have enough money to invest. then you can buy property and sell it to builders, after the price has gone up. but if you have no money then this wouldn't be a good idea. (yes you can borrow money from the bank but if your plans dont work out then you have to owe the bank money you didnt have + interest ) =p
