Some newcomemr Questions

Hello, I just found this site and i was wondring a few things. On the free hosting page the price for some of the better plans are posts. the question is if we have to make those posts monthly... ore is there a certain amount neede monthly? please tell me. i just quit my free plan at frihost.com because this site looks way more promising. thankyou for this free hosting chance... I was also wondring if you have special days where people can get coupons or discounts on hosting. and about the domain names, do we have to make posts monthly to keep those too? please answer my questions asap. thankyou smokyhosts
