Quite a few PHP scripts are encoded with it. It's just a copy protection decoder that requires root access (SHadmin) to install/upgrade.

Currently the server features ioncube decoder, which is one of the most popular coding alogorithm now-a-days. Still if many people need zend optimizer, do reply to this thread, and i will install it.
