Two accounts?

sorry if this is a wrong category.. but anyway.. can I have two website accounts with smokyhosts?

No, you cant, but you can have few websites in you server subdirectories, for example http://www.yourserver.com/websyte1 and http://www.yourserver.com/websyte2 and so on... and you may set up redirections in cpanel-> subdomain. For example: web1.yourserver.com will redirect you to any place you point, like http://www.yourserver.com/websyte1 and so on....
But never request more than one website account

i have a question along those lines, once you buy a certain package from the store if you build up enough points and you decide you need to upgrade, is it possible?

Very soon i will be installing the store plugin, and then you can order for your own costumization once any of your resource gets exhausted. But until then even if either of your resources (disk space or/and bandwidth) get exhausted, you will have to PM me for upgrading to a currently available package.
