Hey guys I just discovered http://freedns.afraid.org/ and it offers just what most of us are looking for. A free subdomain with dns management just like uni.cc. Afraid.org is 10 times much better than uni.cc. It offers free subdomains and you have a choice of around 30000 subdomains to choose from and not only that, you are given complete control over the domain name similar to a newly bought domain with full control panel.
A must for all those who are looking out for subdomains with free dns management. Highly recommended.

There is no "no advertisments" option, only a box saying you have to text them once to have ads removed (which costs £1.50)wickedgravity wrote:No there is a way that you can delete the advertisements. OK here it is just follow these 5 easy steps:Hazzy wrote:I think you also have to have a large advert displayed for 15 seconds before your website is viewed...or atleast it was on the site I got it from.
That host was quickly out the window, lol.
1. Log in at my dot tk.
2. **** on marketing on the right.
3. Choose your domain which you want to remove the advertisements. **** on continue
4. **** on no advertisements, **** continue.
5. Then it will say something like promo link is disabled. Then it is completed!
There won't be any more advertisements.

I've already seen http://www.eu.org , it's not as good as http://www.dot.tk , as tk is like one of few out there that are actually good!coruscant wrote:I've found a good one: http://www.eu.org
but i thought eu.org was for european non profit organizations, so if u don't have any kind of organization and u apply for a subdomain, i don't think they will take your request serieus. So u will get rejected, that's what i think.iPod Wizard wrote:I've already seen http://www.eu.org , it's not as good as http://www.dot.tk , as tk is like one of few out there that are actually good!coruscant wrote:I've found a good one: http://www.eu.org
