Freewebspace.net forums. It's a good place to find lots of bad hosts but there are one or two gems around like you guys

Freewebspace.net - when I was trying to find someone to help on my current server >.< I was a waste that I cant cover the server anymore - 10Gb diskspace + 200Gb bandwidth only $30/month
- frds left so I have to change server... aaaaaaaa
