I cant find the 'disable signatures' setting. Is it there?

You should be able to find the disable signature option in your profile area. Do check up there.

I can only see "disable my signature" I can't disabled them all
Or am I blind?

Sorry, but i dont understand what is the difference between "disable the signature" and "disable them all". Please explain/clarify

He means that there should be a "Disable them all" feature so that then you can not see anybody's signature. This is really good for people with Dial-Up so that they don't have to wait that long for the page to load.
