Umm, Photoshop is good, for making banners

To make a banner, you need a prgram such as MS Paint, Jasc Paint Shop, Photoshop or any. Photoshop is quite expesive however so check out Gimp, it's free but mabye not as good or user friendly.

yea photoshop may be your easiest way to go but it does cost money but http://www.adobe.com has a 30 day trial... that should be enough time to make a banner :P

Use the Gimp project it is basically free and easy to use. Download it from http://www.gimp.org. You also have to download the help files separately.
