This is more of a want, but I would think Half Life 2 with its uber storyline would make a good movie, and oh Halo which is actually in the works, but if you read the Halo book it explains alot from the game you didn't know, read it!

Well there are lots i can think of.
Land of the Dead.
Nice movie to make a game, where you can have lots to make for the plot of the game.
