Need Frontpage Help ASAP!!!

When I try to publish a page Frontpage gives me this message : "Server Error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "www.chiefcornstalkdistrict.com.conf". Please check the file permissions." I have installed and un-installed Frontpage Extensions numerous times and it still wont go! Help!
