How about also offering a free domain for a number of points? This will be very good I think. What do you guys think about this idea?

For the year of 2005, SmokyHost offered a free .info domain name for 300 points. SHadmin may want to start again with domain hosting, but I would not expect anything other than .info as that is the cheapest ($2.49 a year USD) as the others like .com being over $9.
