New cms

After a lot of searches on internet and finaly, i have found one very interesting CMS (content management system).
Its not a very simple cms, it's made using AJAX. With this technology u can create a web site, and then user **** on a link, not all page are reloaded, but only a part of it, only that item, where text should ba changed. GMail is build using ajax, so if u understand what about i'm talking, u can visit http://www.neocms.be/en/ and try demo, and i u like it u can download that cms from http://www.neocms.be/_files/widget.zip

i have downloaded this script, and now dont know what to do and how to install, maybe u know what i can do with only one file, with extension .widget ?

I hope one day i will create smthing like that: Content management system using ajax technology. Now i'm just learning how it works and how to use it.

i don't actually know what content management system is
but i know that joomla.org is website about this stuff
