I use Photoshop over Paintshop.. The interface it much easier to use for me.

It's also good to maybe incorporate other graphics editors as well with using Photoshop/Paintshop.. Sometimes freeware does the trick. Especially if you don't want to open a big program like Photoshop just to make resizing ...

Well, if they kept it actually like the game was.. It might be worthwhile. But, I highly doubt it from all the others i've seen.

Mmm.. Older metal and rock are more likeable genres to me. Some new metal is pretty cool though.

Not a big fan of Linkin Park personally.. but, they have made a decent career for themselves.
