There are not a lot of 64-bits programs. When u run a 32-bits program on a 64-bits system, the program doesn't work faster, because he don't support 64-bits
i have intel 2.66GHz processor with H64 technology... it shows that its 64 bit processor but i think it to 32 bit processor can anyone help me to find out the real bit ??
64 bit processors can handle twice the amount of instuctions than a 32 bit processor.
It can also contol and interface with more devices hence enhancing the processing capability.
But to get the full power we need to use 64 bit softwares with a 64 bit processor. The 32 bit softwares will bottleneck the power of 64 bit processors.
I Would Rather Use 32 Bit Cause Theres Much More Applications To be Run Than 64 Bit But When The Time That 64 Bits Applications Become Numerous Ill Switch To Dual Core Technology
