I have seen smokyhosts.com itself down for 2-3 days in last week. Due to 501 internal server error. If its down for 3 days then what if some customers facing some hosting issues, how much time it will take to resolve customer issues?

There were some issues with the htaccess configuration, which was to be addressed to get smokyhosts.com back online! And neither was any customer's website effected, nor was the customer portal down!
Customer support for Smokyhosts.com clients is something thats to be experienced and i wouldn't want to just talk about... so all i would say be be a client and experience it for yourself!

Cool I noticed tht, I have one site hosted FREE and it was working fine. There was no issues about it
