Need help for merge two database together

I have two database that I want to merge it into one
Here is the problem with the databases
1. The old database run vb 3.0.7 which have the most username the same store in the new database run vb 3.5.0 rc 2 , I assume that maybe the password is not the same .
2. My questions are:
a. How can I merge two databases into one?
b. If it merge into one, then what is about the user accounts?
Can anyone help me about this? Many thanks
