No problem at all. Free CMS = GOld to me. I love taking them apart and learning all i can about the system in question so that my own coding skill is increased.

Exactly put. That is the beauty of open source software. open source will live forever.
I like your list but with one recommendation.

I found your list worthwhile to read. However, I noticed my favorite CMS (CMS Made Simple) is not listed in your top 12. CMS Made Simple is by far the best content management system out there. You should seriously consider adding this one to your list. It's open source and PHP Smarty engine based available at CMSMadeSimple.org.
