USE COMPLICATED WORDS IN A GOOD FORMAT BETTER THAN USING EASY WORDS IN COMPLICATED FORMAT :P

LoL, tahts a stupid questions, browsers load "usually" the file called INDEX, so what could you possibly name the JS?

anyone else confused? hehe........
you probably don't want a javascript file as an index page. i don't even know if it's possible. you probably want to insert javascript into a currently existing page, and make that page the index.... if you're installing a script it should give you instructions (ex. put the following into the <head> tag, etc...)
