first of all i can't log in anymore to cpanel, and i used php scripts with mysql but they didn't work, so now i'm searching a good webserver for trying the phpscrips before putting them online.

well, if you can't log into cpanel anymore, it is better off that you contact your host so they can reset your password or username. Next, try having a different folder for that... I have done all of my php scripts on the same server...

You can still try your scripts on your machine, just intall apache & php & mysql and you can try them in your pc

i recommend downloading xampp you can find it on

xampp is really great it got everything a php developper needs. and you can use phptriad as well, not a big fan tho, cause that project is dead now, and it's been replaced by sokkit, anyways once you finish download and installing the sever you can use php designer 2005, that's a free program, here's the link
