I know that this may sound stupid, but i'm really not sure..!! :S is SQL is the coding language for the famous DataBase MYSQL?

Yes, it is. SQL (Structured Query Language) is a language for relational database management systems. That includes MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Firebird and others.
They all are based on SQL commands. :)
