a good way to hide tables is using the
cellspacing and
cellpadding properties..
for example:
<html>
<head>
<title>Table Examples</title>
</head>
<body>
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
......
</table>
</body>
</html>
I hope I helped you

Why would someone want to "hide a table"?
If you don't show the table's borders it will be "hidden" already.
I don't recommend you to cellpadding and cellspacing 0.
Its ugly
