Support :(

My server has been down since 1pm GMT - its not 9pm GMT - I have done a ticket - sent SHAdmin the ticket number, emailed their support email address THREE times and raised two tickets - I have customers really angry at me, but getting in touch with Smokyhosts is proving almost impossible - I may have to look for another host - I dont want to because more often than not this host is excellent - but this is the second time this has happened.

As i see currently all the support tickets have been answered.

We did have a server overloading issue for an hour on the server you are hosted on, but was resolved almost instantly.
