Hallo lads and lasses, this is Viraneth. I've known this site since a little after it blinked into existence, as I spent some time managing an old friend's account when they couldn't get on. I've always recommended smokyhosts to people looking for a web host, and I'm happy to finally get an account of my own!

Welcome to Smokyhosts. I hope you choose to stay amongst us for a while. If you need anything regarding to the forums you can PM me. If you need anything regarding hosting then I'd suggest making a post about it first. If you don't get nothing back on the forums within 24 hours then SHAdmin will most likely be happy to assist you.
The only reason I suggest posting on the forums is most things can be fixed through the members who've had that experience before. It also lessens the work load on SHAdmin a bit because he's always working to improve Smokyhosts
