My ftp wont connect and im almost positive all the info is correct

Host:ftp.stam.thesmokylounge.com
User:_____@stam.thesmokylounge.com
Password:_______________________________________
Port: 21

I have port 21 unblocked well i think its working, should be because i did set it up. This used to work last year I havent done it since but im sure everything is correct.

I can confirm that everything is fine on the server and am able to connect to ftp in another account on the same server.
