Invoices not being received

Not sure if this is a system wide problem, however I have not been receiving my invoice e-mails for the past 2 months, and I changed my e-mail address after not receiving it last month.
Is this happening to anyone else? Or is it just me?

Currently I dont see any issue from the system's end....And considering nobody has replied to your thread, I suppose only you are facing this problem.
Please contact
support@smokyhosts.com in order to get this problem resolved.

They are, but the other person has not read it yet. This happens a lot if you are trying to PM someone whose email address is no longer valid.
