**** on Control Panel and then **** on Performance and Maintenance and then **** on Adjust Visual Effects.

Then **** on the Visual Effect and change it up.
They have presets; Adjust for better performance, ...best performance, etc.

If he's running Windows 98, those instructions won't apply. That's using Windows XP's control panel.

Also, to the thead starter: I'm not sure what you're talking about, could you try to run what your saying through the translator at translator.live.com from your original language. As far as Windows goes though, if you're computer has more than 128MB RAM, I would really advise getting XP, and if you have about 512MB, you could get Vista

I'm sorry, I really just misread that. Those were wrong instructions, in fact you won't be able to get a better design until you upgrade to Windows XP or higher. Well, I'd rather recommend XP or Vista. If you're upgrading you should just get a new computer, because 98's are out-dated badly

Win98? Crazy....
