I forgot my cPanel password, I sent a few PMs to SHAdmin and didnt receive any reply, so I made a Post [link=http://smokyhosts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6080]here[/link] after wating for a Month. 2 weeks after the post I got a PM from admin that he'll cahnge it.

Not I's more than 2 months I'm locked out of my cPanel. I request admin to please kindly reset my password, so that I can continue my work.

thanks a lot admin for finally resetting my cPanel Password.

But now the site is down and it is inaccessible.
