How do I delete my backups?

I have to backup my hosting frequently, so people can come and work on my forums, so after I know that the backup is ok, is there away to delete the old backups?
Go To Direct Admin
Then Go To "Create/Restore Backups"
Then **** "**** Here for a list of your current backups
**** On All The Datebase U Want TO Delete (Rightmost part their is a check box checked it if you want to delete it"
And Find Delete
