if you won't modify yo will have
-resolution : 800*600
colour depth: 16 bit
etc.
you will work with this?

You can modify XP as any other system.. just takes a lil more coding.. the Desktop settings also let you improve the resolution and color depth.. plus with any graphics care default for xp is not 800x600 its one higher like 1000 somthing by 800.... and the color depth is still 32.. trust me I have put XP on an old gateway system.. workd fine all graphics the total customizing.. I think XP is better anyway.. but I run Windows 2000.. because its faster to load.. and I would run 98 if I had the time and storage space to back up my system.. 98 rocks... minumul loading time muaahahh faster pc speed...

For Win98 you can't get update any more! So there are very much bugs! Windows XP HOME is loading fast too, microsoft make patchs for it, so why do not install it!

Well mainly I lost that little green/red book with the CD Key.. lol. So I have XP and no CD Key. And ME Sucks, 2000 Still Isn't ass kool and 98... I would never have to boot my pc again.. ( but doesn't work with my computer system. Since my Compaq... is XP ONLY! I am stuck.

so I have a lot of disks of Linux and don't have serials cause I don't need them :lol:
linux install is fast too. especially is fast Suse install. it's some 40 min
